Purchased a $3k Tag Heuer just over a year ago and the clasps is now broken. Two sales assistant in Mazuchellis Murray St are the least helpful indicated that it’s due to how I handled the watch and take no accountability to contact Tag Heuer. Not sure how would it’d be considered rough handling when I only wear it to work (office environment)...One of the lady said the Tag Heuer store won’t ‘entertain’ me even if I contact them directly which is pure lies as I called Tag Heuer store and they were very helpful.
Very poor customer service and definitely not returning. Mazuchellis on Hay St is much more helpful.
I have no other recourse but to complain through the Australian Consumer Protection as Mazzucchelli retail staff are extremely uncooperative.
We made a purchase back in August 2017 and it’s now almost December 2017 and they haven’t given my refund yet eventhough Mazzucchelli have already agreed with the government in my favour.

I like the different types of jewellery that they stock at Mazzucchelli’s but the staff really let the store down. You have no choice but to interact with the staff as there are no prices attached to the pieces of jewellery however I found the staff quite off-putting and the staff member serving me was giving me back handed compliments which I did not appreciate. I made a purchase but did not enjoy my shopping experience at this store.
My boyfriend recently proposed to me having bought my dream diamond ring from Mazzucchellis in Karrinyup.
The sales staff spent several hours supporting him in selecting the perfect proposal piece for our lives together. Cindy, the Manager, was incredibly helpful in offering plans and options to help me take care of the ring and resizing the ring was also fantastic - I hardly had the chance to miss it before it was back on my finger again!
Additionally, the willingness of the sales assistants to "pop in and clean" my ring at any time was very kind and ensured there is no doubt that I will be headed back to buy our wedding rings for our special day!

Staff in Mazzucchelli's have no idea what they are selling. I have bought Tag Heuer watch, spent almost $3000, but when it come to repair it, they refused to send it, claiming that is nothing wrong with it. Their explanation why watch frequently shows wrong time was: that is my fault. No one in the shop was able to set up the watch. Now I don't have a money nor watch.
