After a terrible experience with the rude pushy staff in Mandurah, I didn't want to go back there but we noticed new staff and tried again. My fiance and I brought my engagement ring from an amazing sales lady Sheree. She spent time with us explaining the diamond quality and wasn't pushy or rushed. She also rang after the purchase to thank us and check that the sizing was correct. We will definitely be going back for our wedding rings to see Sheree. Thank you
