I've been with MBF for almost 2 years now. In that time, they have paid for most of my son's tonsil operation, lots of dental, chiro, and a few other services. The price paid for a family is well worth the money. Also, if you ever need elective surgery, the public hospital waiting list is insanely long, and if you have Private you can get surgery done very quickly.
I've only just moved to MBF, and although the level of cover and price is pretty good, I haven't had the best experience so far. The staff are always polite, but it seems like things are a bit unorganised behind the scenes. I had to send in my application form in a few times, as well as my Medibank number. They finally sorted it all out though.
