A beautiful view of Sydney harbour! This cafe was surprisingly very busy, but I think it was because it was raining so the tourists in the museum decided to eat in. The menu is totally new, with a Korean theme to match the current exhibition.
The salads are delicious and the place is licensed so you can enjoy a nice glass of wine. Prices are reasonable for a dining experience in The Rocks and I used an entertainment book voucher to get buy one get one free.
Beautiful cafe for a lunch with a glorious view over the harbour after a trip through the MCA museum/gallery beneath it. Food is fresh and tasty, and I love how they do special pop up menus in conjunction with some of their exhibitions. Try for an outdoor table on a sunny day and definitely worth a visit when open late on Thursday nights too.
This place is busy not just with people who have been to the free gallery, but I suspect with city folk who know that the view is good as its at the top of the building and near the Quay. No tables
in the shade on the very hot day I went there so i had to move inside.
Coffee and my meal were good, pay at
Register and they bring grub to you .
I was recently here during Vivid festival. It was a brilliant way to see all the lights from up high and have a meal, without breaking the bank. It was nice and warm indoors and had a sensible menu, meaning I was able to bring my grandparents along!
I had a great pie. There were also some nice burgers on offer. Service wasn't amazing, but it is really not that kind of place. More like a big mess hall where you can take in the beauty of the harbour.
