MCA Motor Cycle Accessories Supermarket

I purchased a helmet for temp use on a special price of $100 after trying numerous helmets with a lot of help from a MCA staff member who help me with size and advice , I bought the helmet in the afternoon and returned it in the morning due to it been too tight to fit and remove , MCA manager refused to refund the money or offered an exchange for or other item because - 1 - it could have been dropped _ NO DAMAGE ON THE HELMET - 2- I TOOK IT HOME - 3- I REMOVED THE VISOR STICKER WHICH NOW MAKES IT UNSAFE FOR RESALE - NOTHING MENTIONED WHEN I BOUGHT THE HELMET FIRST - the staff became quite rude and stated that that's their POLICY - but a couple of days earlier that were more than happy to show me the $ 600 helmet range and jackets and any other accessories I was interested in , so in future after 15 years of going to MCA I will spend my money elsewhere - unfortunately for them both of my boys ride and will also be going elsewhere

Horrible customer service!!
Staff members roll eyes and huff when you ask for other sized items. Have to find someone to assist you with clothing, only to be shown most expensive products. Wouldnt shop here again.

Conveniently located next to my work with a lot of variety at reasonable prices. The guy that served me was really friendly and helpful and even exchanged a helmet I brought as I had a change of heart. Thanks again.
