McAully Smash Repairs

I use to rate this place highly, up until we got my partners ute back from been fixed, everything looked fine from the outside until my partner had a decent look at it once we got home and we are now finding things that need re doing.. so now we have to put his ute back in to be re done for something that should of been done right to start with, but to bad if it puts us out because people cant just do it properly in the first place.

From my personal experience I would recommend elsewhere, the shop is full of dropkicks and almost all of the work is dodgy, your more likely to be missing parts here and there throughout/over your vehicle once they are finished with it and it will come back looking worse than what it originally was. The quotes are also rediculous. Highly recommend any other shop in Ipswich. This shop is bad news and has very rude and unfriendly staff/customer service.

They do awesome work. Would recommend them to everyone.

Super helpful & fast. First time using mcaully smash repairs and I can say I haven't had an issue with them so far.

I've had repairs done at Mc Aully's a few times over the last 25 years because the insurance company said that's where it had to be done, the latest was about a year ago after my daughter had an accident, For the first time I was happy with the panel repair bar the fact they don't coat the parts you don't see and now those parts are going rusty.

When we tried to use the aircon it wouldn't work so my daughter took the car back and the aircon guy at McAully's told her it was this pipe it was a common occurrence so it was up to us to fix it, I thought highly unlikely to be the pipe it worked fine before the accident and the accident only required the ...read more
