i have always used this butcher and during the Christmas/new year period i was shocked and disgusted that the price of their boneless chicken rolls had increased from $13 the week before Christmas to $14 the week of Christmas/new year and then $15 the following week. after querying with management 6/1/2014 on their Facebook page i was advised that it was the apprentice's mistake and to call back for a refund. My reply was not to get a refund but i would continue to use them as my butcher. today 25/1/2014 i go into the shop to purchase more Chickens only to be told by a butcher that the price is $15. i advised the butcher to go and check as i had been advised on their Facebook page that the price is still $13 they checked with 2 other staff members that the correct price is $15.
