Very bad service and unprofessional strata management! There is no records or minutes been kept for the owner review after formal or inform meeting. They always delay or ignore the owner or resident urgent safety request. and respond as "Majority voted" to making decisions by oral. It obviously disqualifying management. Due to some disputes happened involved public safety and young resident safety issue, now there are some public department teams have been reported and involved, such as local Police, local Council, NSW Strata Board and NSW Fair Trading. Thus, if you are now seeking a new Strata management team, or you are existing owners corporation deal with this company, please be aware such above bad experience happend with this company.
