McDonald's

There seems to be a racial disparity in the way Macdonald's employees serve customers. I drove through Indooroopilly restaurant this morning and was told to wait for my coffee in the waiting bay. Cars started pilling up behind me so they told everyone ordering coffee to park and wait. This seems to the kind of situation in which the racial biases are elicited especially when they are under pressure. I was first in line but all the White Australians who arrived before me received their coffee ahead of me! I counted five to ten drivers who arrived after me get their coffee and drove off to work. I waited there in vain for 10 minutes but the coffee never arrived so I when in and asked for my money so that I could get work on time. This keeps happening across Australia. Even ordering in person doesn't help as every drive-through customer will get their breakfast first. No wonder mental illness is high among the Indigenous community. Good restaurant and usually available parking. Service is also good but sometimes the Macca's WIFI is a bit buggy

Fast paced busy environment.
Staff work hard to keep customers happy.
Handy location, kids play area and good car parking most of the time.

Hate leaving bad reviews but every time i come here it is a terrible experience. Staff were shocking (one was even swearing in front of customers, management yelling at their staff etc). Food was average but service has definitely out weighed my whole experience.

Very busy McDonalds, sometimes it's quicker to park and go in instead of waiting in the drive through. Always a solid place to go, you know what you are going to get.
