McDonald's

I don't often have McDonald's but the attitude I received today will ensure I steer clear of the rude staff at roselands. I was waiting for my order - 1 sundae - when the people who had ordered after me received their icecreams before me. When I politely enquired, I was sneered at and ignored so I thought they hadn't heard me as it was very loud around there. I asked again and the rude staff said 'yeah, it's coming' in a horrible tone of voice. I said, 'I'm sorry I thought you served in order' and was again ignored. Like I said, I don't eat there often so I dont know what the protocol is. The sarcasm that was served with my sundae was palpable.
