Hi. I live I'm Cessnock and visit this McDonalds at least once a week with pleasure. However yesterday through drive through I ordered a chicken burger with citrus mayo and a mcChicken. Down the road I took a bite of the citrus mayo burger and got a hair in my mouth. I opened up the burger and it looked old with extremely deteriorated brown rotted lettuce. Although I was already 5 minutes away I drove back. I received an apology and was told I would get a fresh one . I didn't feel like anything any more so I asked of I could get a small fries. I was told to drive through and I asked if I would get any change as the burger cost more than chips. I was given after my prompting $3.50. I'm sure this is not the correct change.
I see you advertising Angus burgers very heavily. Full marks to the Angus Breed for getting on this, but do you realise how badly you are shooting yourself in the foot? You should realise that the breeders of every other cattle breed in Australia pretty well dislike Angus because they have managed to swing a huge number of cattlemen to breed Angus. Therefore all Hereford, Poll Hereford Charolais Limousin, etc etc breeders will very likely never visit your establishments again. I know that myself, my wife and 4 children probably won't darken your door again. Good luck with it. I suppose the thought could be that Angus cattle may only be any good for making patties out of it!
