This could well be the slowest McDonald's in Australia. And that's odd given they're in a place where everyone's often in a rush (an airport). Not sure what the deal is, but each time I go there I think "I'll give them another chance" (because they're also the cheapest option in the food court there - hence the 2 1/2*'s instead of 2) and lo and behold I end up waiting longer and longer. Not particularly impressive shopfront to look at, and staff usually mildly helpful depending on the day.
Slowest in Sydney, in 2months drivethrough has given me wrong order 3 times, no more macas at airport
