always a long wait and things missing

I spent $30 on food there for my family, only to get home and parts of my order was missing. Not only was I too tired to go back and sit in the drive thru line for another 15 minutes but I couldnt be bothered driving back there when they should of just got my order right to begin with!

A note worth mentioning to Management: When you are personally serving customers in a drive-through window, and they order a 'McValue Meal', you can pretty much guarantee they are looking for value, - to save money. (Which is the general concept of the McDonalds Corporation, when designing, marketing and most of all naming the "McValue" Meal, surely.) If, by chance, your customer is unaware of the limitations, and asks for a 10 piece McBites McValue Meal, - and you don't offer that combination in a money saving meal, it is your obligation to inform the customer of this. Very unimpressed that you would take the order as a McValue Meal, (without so much as a mention of its non-existence) and then break the items down, charging individually for each item. (Which we all know amounts to a much higher price-tag.) McDonalds Restaurants are a dime a dozen; I believe with two more in the immediate vicinity/suburb where your Restaurant is located. This McDonald's has a pretty good play area for the kids, but it is not undercover, so if it's raining head somewhere else. The outdoor seating area is also quite large and enables you to be monitoring what the kids are doing whilst enjoying the sunshine - but again as it is not undercover it can be very hot and glary in summer.
