We had the chance to visit this store on a late Thursday night after our flight into Melbourne. It was very good that the shop opens until late, but that is pretty much it. The store was quite spacious with plenty of seats and a separate queuing area, but the atmosphere is pretty much undesirable with low lights making it feel like they are about to close and that you are not welcome there.
There were not many customers at that time, only a handful of odd ones (us included), however the serving time was a little bit longer than what I would expect.
We ordered several soft serves (aka ice cream cones) and I was very surprised to see the product: it was by far the smallest soft cones I have ever seen in my entire breathing life, not to mention that they are also selling it at 50c instead of 30c like some other stores still do.
