Been here 3x with 3-5 kids, after school prompt playdate or play date. Orders could have been quicker but staff refused & force you to use the self-service screen. I can understand if they are busy but 3pm or 4pm u can imagine its not that busy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ALBION BRANCH!!!

After 8 months of a few consistently rude drive-thru staff I have decided to give this Maccas a miss. Seems that being a regular customer is nothing but an inconvenience to some of the drive-thru staff who apparently feel they are somehow far superior to the customers who keep the franchise in business and therefore make their wages possible. What a shame the awful staff overshadow their team members who actually do a good job.

I went to this establishment on 6 December 2017. Firstly the tables were not being cleared, I had to ask for a cream spill on the floor to be wiped up although staff walked past it many times. I was concerned someone would slip, chips on the floor under my seat were left there, I was told our coffees would be delivered to our table and given a number. No such luck went over to the Barista to find that they had been sitting waiting for collection but the worst of all was that the men's toilet was in a filthy state and obviously had not been cleaned for sometime even the dryer & it's surrounds was filthy. I spoke to the manager who although listened did not seem too concerned. There is a fantastic staff member Mickey who makes certain the place is spotless. It was obvious he was away.

My sausage and egg muffin didn't have egg and a friend who asked for extra cheese, didn't get any cheese. The service was so slow, got stuck in the drive through for 10 minutes

Favorite Maccas to go to.. friendly staff and ample seating inside and out. Nothing ever seems too much trouble so well done to the team there for all the hard work ??
