McDonald's

This would have to be the worst McDonald's on the face of the planet! Not only are they rude but they can not get one simple order right, ever! How hard is it to actually listen when one asks for a muffin with no egg, or a Big Mac instead of a cheeseburger! I don't bother here anymore but I hear the constant complaints from my work mates about the constant stuff ups!

Extreemely bad service. I am absolutely sick of the bad drive through service at this Maccas with constant mistakes. This is the third time that my order has been botched in as many months. You go through the drive through for convenience "FAST FOOD", only to get home and realise that part of your order is missing. This most recent time was the absolute worst, with the bottom part of my bun missing from the burger. The manager told me to come back and mention my name at the counter for a replacement. Yeah right, 25 km round trip and just tell them at the counter. Really!!! How is this capturing the issues at this franchise? Lift your game Bacchus Marsh McDonalds, we are getting sick of it!

Worst McDonald's ever. On the way to work I ordered a toasted ham and cheese sandwich, and a vanilla cappuccino.
My sandwich had tomato in it (yuck,.the whole thing even after I got rid of the tomato still tasted like tomato), cold too.
My vanilla cappuccino had no vanilla. So it was the worst coffee ever,.without any sweetness. I haven't been back before work again. How do they get it so wrong?

WORST MACCAS EVER! These guys are my local McDonald's and I have serious doubts if the people working here could organise a chook raffle in a pub full of drunks. They mess up every order I make. Truly a sad effort. There is a Maccas at Rockbank which employs people with special needs.... they do a better job than the clowns at Bacchus Marsh... I cant wait for the HJ's to open.

Generally if I have a complaint I take it up with the business directly rather than going public, however ... sometimes you know that nobody at the business really cares! Orders at the Marsh McDonalds (at least at night when only the drive-thru is open) are VERY often wrong - its either a completely different burger than you ordered, or a wrap instead of a roll, items you've ordered and paid for missing or they've left in ingredients that you've specifically requested be omitted (due to allergy). Even when we check on receiving the bag that the ingredient has been omitted - and they say YES - it's often still there! Frappes are served with the narrow straws so that you have to wait until they've melted to drink them, food is usually cold and as noted in another review below the large fries appears to be the small serve just put in the bigger wrapper!
