Went there tonight to front and order some meals, like big mac & mc chickens
Waited there for sometime got my order and got home realising the big mac meal for my son were missing
I can deal with a mistake once but this is the fourth time there is something missing on my order
Went back to bass hill very upset and talk to the manager, they gave me a new meal, take it home and guess what!!?
I had a mc chicken meal instead of my son’s big mac
So unbelievable, so upsetting
My son waited for his meal quite so long and yet it’s wrong

Went through drive threw today and specifically asked to have everything cooked fresh. I was asked to park in the waiting bay and after 10 mins my food was brought out. When I got home to feed the children I realised that everything I asked to have cooked fresh was cold. I then let this go, as I went to take a bite of my big mac I found a piece of plastic in between the lettuce. This is disgusting to come from such a large retailer. I will never eat from Bass HIll McDonalds

Really convienient location, they renovated a while back and now the place looks great, always clean, neat and tidy. There is a Mc Cafe there as well, which is great, can grab a coffee or snack

My son's favourite place for birthday parties. Always good fun.
