Never had a problem here. Just down from casey hospital. Food and service were good just find the layout and carpark hard to workout.

Worst coffee ever. They advertise that they use quality coffee and have trained baristas, but it's just marketing hyperbole. You will get a better coffee from one of those vending machines at the local car wash.

Went there Friday night (well it was just Saturday Morning, 5 minutes after midnight) and dispite being "24hours" the door was locked.



I called to complain but the staff member who answered couldn't care less.



Management have told me that they charge higher prices because they are 24 hours (they have the highest prices of any McDonalds I know).



So why should I pay for a service I can't use.



Also the staff are consistently rude and disinterested. I will NEVER go back to this store.

Wow! What a store, l have never seen anything like it! rubbish and food everywhere. Staff having a chat. Saw one of them drink straight from the soft drink dispenser! Went into the toilets and had to walk straight out of the building. Only a large corporation could be like this and survive, a small business would go under within weeks!

Went here on 2/12/13 @ 515pm. Definitely the worst of the worst. Firstly, the staff were very rude. They gave me the wrong drink and then tried to tell me that l must've ordered the one they gave me as it was on the receipt, they then told me they didn't sell the drink l ordered (despite the fact there was a picture of it on the machine behind the counter!) Instead of offering to swap it they just kept getting agitated and pushed the drink towards me! I ended up walking away as they staff member was making a scene about it.



Secondly, the store was filthy (it looked like the floor hadn't been mopped in months).



Thirdly, l approached the management and asked if there was anywhere l could email feedback to, their response was "depends on whether its good or bad feedback!" I think that attitude pretty much sums up this store.
