I'm never going to bexley McDonald's again worst service ever and they are so rude , Iv been thru a few times I have never been satisfied the whole time with bexley MacDonald

The worst McDonalds ever. Never had good service, longest wait in drive thru, always have to wait in the bay area even fr small orders. Managment show no empathy for long wait time even though you voice your feedback. If this wasnt my local and my son didnt love McDees I wouldnt bother but its about time they picked up their service. Their disgusting service cannot continue because its a disgrace the chain. WORST WORST WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!

This is my local mcdonalds and I have been to it time after time due to its convenience and have NEVER been satisfied. Its poor quality actually brought me to the point where I signed up to this just to write a review about it. Everytime I get any burger from there, its completely dry, there is literally one tiny piece of lettuce and a squint of mayo/sauce. The bread tastes like its been toasted a million times. Not to mention how ridiculous long the drive through. I'd rather stay home and make a sandwich than waste my time and money going down the road just to receive bad food and service.

This Mcdonalds has got to be one of the worst (In my opinion)!

Pretty much every time i have gone there, The fries are dried up and cold, with the exception of two occasions when i was lucky.

Well, I must say that I am terribly, terribly dissatisfied with the service at this McDonalds. Each time we visit there is a muddled manager, a broken thickshake machine, a terribly long wait at the drive though. This place gives fast food a bad name.
