Keep in mind it's School Holidays at this time! Due to a "promise" two days old I ordered 4 soft serve cones. When the girl said "there's no soft serve" I was managing to with great effort to keep calm. But when she added "it's been playing up for ages and I don't know when it's gunna be fixed" I walked out and went looking for a Hungry Jacks where I will eat from now on as not only are the burgers better but so is their maintenance and their customer relations.
