Good for family with kids.. good atmosphere..

Always miss something out of my order, slow, disappointing

Always go here for my coffees (which embarrassingly is generally more than twice a week) and it's always good. Staff there are always friendly and the only issue is at certain times of day there is a wait. Have eaten here before and that was good. The manager there is very into the community which is great also.

This is my favorite store. Even if I am in a shopping center with an eatery and / or a Mcdonalds I always prefer to drive towards home and stop at this store for lunch or meet friends etc. The service is great and friendly, they make you feel far more than just a mere customer, in fact yesterday was my daughters 10th birthday, she wanted to go to Mcdonalds for lunch. The lovely owner (Rod) was there working and a casually mentioned it was my daughters birthday, the next thing that happen was amazing. Rod came to where we were seated, toting a cupcake with a candle and another staff member with gifts. We all sang happy birthday and was also given a gift bag, crown and we where even presented with a full size ice cream cake to take home. Rod is very passionate about his restaurant and the part he plays in the community. Thank you Rod and the staff at Mcdonalds, Bracken Ridge for make a day special and unforgettable.

I would like to say thank you to the beautiful staff at the Bracken Ridge McDonalds. The service I received was magnificent and a credit to the management. I called late today to book a table for a netball breakup and the beautiful young lady could not be more helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that our simple little event was very special. The girls on the counter on the night were just as accommodating and friendly. Thank you crew, I'm very impressed.
