McDonald's

I have been to this store three times in past couple of weeks via drive through and each time they have got it wrong.
Forgot to give me Coke glass with Big Mac Meal (part of a promotion). I wrongly assumed it was in the bag of food but it wasn’t.
Ordered two thick shakes another day -bloody awful, way too much flavoring in both of them so they were sickly sweet (choc and strawberry).
Tonight was the worst, got home and realized no Happy Meal in the bag for my starving daughter (this is despite us asking the guy handing us the food TWICE if everything was in there and being assured it was). Our two caramel sundaes we ordered turned out to be chocolate (couldn’t see in dark car). My partner’s BLT Big Mac had no bacon and his large fries were half full.
Not going back - worst McDonald’s ever. If I could give no stars I would.

Absolutely disgusting service from McDelivery. After waiting two hours for our delivery to come, four of our six meals were missing and the food that did arrive was all cold. We then waited another half an hour for the rest of our food to arrive and we were once again greeted by a rude employee. I then went on to phone the manager who was disinterested and unhelpful. Will not be ordering from McDonald's cannon hill again.

Why are uniformed staff standing in the car park entry smoking? Not a good look.

Terrible McDonald's, never going back! Refused to give me a soft serve even though I had the munchies at 2am.. Loose change is all I had as a homeless person and they wouldn't offer it to me. Instead they gave me stale chips (which were unsalted btw lol) and nuggets which were not hot anymore when I got home.. Ridiculous! Self heater needed. Plus more sweet and sour sauce because there wasn't enough for my ten nuggets!!! Never going back xxx
