McDonald's

Mcdonalds get it together. Ordered a big mac only to find very stale buns and black lettuce. Have reported this to the health department. What a joke your business has become, absolutley discusting never to return. Multi million dollar company serving off food. The old owner of macs in the USA would be turning in his grave.

What a joke, paid for my order via pay pass, was then asked to park as there was a wait on the food, was then told that the pay pass payment had failed and that we had to drive back around though the busy que again to pay again, went home and checked my bank account and sure enough I was charged twice, the first payment did in fact go through.
I sent through a contact request 5 days ago and haven't heard a word.
What a way to run a business.

Never go thru the drive-thru if your ordering more then 3 items. I have visited this restaurant and always very disappointed with my visit. Food seems to be incorrect, missed and prepared very messy. The staff seem to be more focused on getting cars thru quick and missing out on great customer service. I've had to speak with the manager a few times regarded missing products and they all seem to be under qualified and unable to fix the problem promptly. Don't waste your time or money at this Macdonalds.

with mcdonals being everywhere you'd think they are all the same but they are not this mcdonalds is very good at everything they do, the staff are quick friendly and polite and efficient at most orders and this mcdonalds is even open 24 hrs on friday and saturday which is great if you have had a night out, we find that no matter how busy they are they never seem to miss a beat and if they do they are more than happy to fix your order, rave rave for this macca's it's great
