McDonald's

I realise that this is a modern world but I refuse to go to any retailer and not get served. Nobody serving at all, not even when the 'machine' is not operating. Not much difference anyway because before these 'service machines' there was never enough staff anyway. Management is not good at all. The driveway service is limited also, of course.

Sick of coming through drive through and not receiving our full order. Rarely is there an occasion that they have gotten our order right. Always having to return after going home and finding that we dont have everything in our order. One particular manager appears to be flustered all the time, gives stupid excuses and in my opinion should not be running the floor. They need better staff and managers. I have NOTHING good to say about McDonalds Charters Towers!!!

Possibly the worst McDonalds in North Queensland. When you walk in there is a 95% chance that the ice cream machine ins't working. It seems as if the staff turn it off sometimes. Threre is also not enough staff on hand because you have to wait in line for about 30 minutes on a saturday morning.

Possibly the most disgusting maccas on Australia. 5.30 in the Arvo. Hardly any customers and every table is filthy, and floors are dirty too. Been here for 30 mins and do far no one has come to clean anything.
