McDonald's

Maccas here is one of the busiest i know. Being opposite a hospital as well as office buildings and there isn't much other places to grab food unless you head into Richmond or further into smith street. I was here yesterday for a quick dinner as had an appointment and i must say for fast food, it was so slow. The staff serving looked new and seem a bit not comfortable in the task. We got our order on a tray and there were 2 items missing, the staff had to go through the receipt again to check what it was even though we told him exactly what it was. We waited long enough and i would assume everything would be fresh but the chips were so cold that i had to asking r a fresh batch. I guess a bit more training and speeding up given its a busy location will help with the wait time.

Simply the best mcdonalds in Melbourne. The coffee is always fresh and this is the reason why I continue to visit that place.

Stay well clear of this place because they charge you to use their car park when you go into buy something, which I think is very unfair.

I agree with the reviewer below. By Maccas standards this is one of the better stores. The staff are definitely friendlier here. It just goes to show how much stores can vary with different store managers.

This is definitely one of the nicest McDonald's I have been to. The staff are friendly, the food is freshly made most of the time, and if a burger is not to your satisfaction, they will be happy to make you a fresh one. Very clean store and one I enjoy visiting.
