Very unhelpful staff and even after making a complaint the Manager was so rude. Making my 4-year-old line up for a winning Monopoly food coupon.

I'm writing this in frustration as this McDonalds at Dural can never get it right!! Almost every time we go through drive through they get our order wrong not to mention having to then wait in the waiting bay 9/10 times. Today's experience was as usual; after ordering 3 hot cake meals and an extra hash brown we waited in the waiting bay and were handed the wrong meal. After checking it and going back in to get our correct order we then got home to discover our 4 hash browns missing. This McDonalds at Dural I would find to be very incompetent. If you have to go there I would thoroughly suggest to check and triple check your order even if it takes a while as this is the way to leave with what you've paid for!!
