Have been here many times, have also seen a few troublesome individuals either inside or loitering around the car park, as you would find with some maccas at certain locations. Besides that food is maccas quality and staff do their job.

The staff in the cafe can be pretty nice but the rest of the staff have a real attitude problem, especially the female manager.
As a hospitality worker I always try to be polite but get treated extremely poorly and always get talked down to.
Make sure to check your orders as they are usually wrong and if you dare to complain you will be told that it is the customers job to make sure your own order is correct.

I agree to both of the previous reviews because I feel exactly the same.. Your staff are extremely rude and horrible, they missed my sauce I waited and ask, your missing my sauce for nuggets they told me, go line up again you need to pay for it! I said; I've paid, you didn't put in my order voice was not polite no sorry what so ever

Have stopped in here twice before whilst passing through. Never ever again. I don't like to leave negative reviews but on both occasions we had to wait in the waiting bay at the driveway, which is fine if we are getting fresh hot food. However both times, the food was cold, items were forgotten and the staff at the drive through were absolutely rude. The management really need to look at training staff. It really isn't difficult to smile and be friendly. And the food is sub-standard - even for Mcdonalds!

Can't & Wont recommend this store. 1#Drive thru,In one order, they forgot fries, sweet & sour sauce & lettuce in salad was brown. 2# Drive thru. Ordered, paid, then when I asked for my drink I was told they forgot & made me drive around again which took 15mins due to long line up. 3# Burgers are thrown together roughly, nuggets are dry & staff are rude. Why I've been back more than 3 times I don't know. Shame on me! Will never be back again!
