Overcharged twice on app ,now 10 days no refund still,told to wait longer,,then told by at Golden Grove manager not her problem, worst McDonald's in S.A, McDonald's just don't care about customers at all.. Ridiculous now they just won't do anything....

Tonight I had the best customer service from Ameliea at the golden grove McDonald’s .

Been here many times. Either it is super busy and orders take a resonable time or it has a couple customers here and there. Never in between. But the food is always tasty, haven't had issues with that. They've given replacements when asked. Always

I've been disappointed of late with the speed of service here - both drive thru and dine in. They upgraded their drive-thru to have 2 lanes but any time I've been through they still only have one staff member taking orders & another making orders and so it's no quicker than before (infact it can be slower because there's more cars waiting).
In store I waited 10 minutes for a simple order of 2 burgers and drinks, and no apology about the wait at all. Disappointing.

Went through their drive-thru last weekend and when I got home the order wasn't quite right. Wasn't too hassled but rang them just to check it. Their customer service was fantastic - straight away they apologised and said they'd replace our order at a time that suited us. Went back tonight for the replacement and it was easily given to us plus a little extra. It can get busy, like tonight - but they have plenty of staff and are polite about the wait. Food was tasty and fresh.
