McDonalds Grafton has had the most well trained, socially interactive young people, from the drive up window to the order retrieve window they are friendly, courteous, happy and engaged, very professional and a give off a feeling of "They enjoy what they do". Great training at this McDonalds. I hope these young entrepreneurs are steered towards the many facets of hospitality, which can open doors to other highly demanding well paying careers in Hospitality.

Great training at this McDonalds and great vision from good quality management whether at the drive up window or inside to sit and relax. The service is poor. Drive thru is hopeless. And one afternoon I turned up to get a simple cheeseburger to be told they had no beef products available. Like seriously, how does a McDonalds run out of beef products. That's meant to be their bread and butter. I would rank it the worst McDonalds I have been to in Australia

Service has definitely not improved from precious reviews. I wouldn't usually stop at this McDonald's but with the introduction of all day breakfast, I thought why not. Obviously Grafton didn't receive the memo as not only did the counter staff have no clue about the all day but they were equally rude about advising it. I guess it would be too much to expect consistency across the chain :/

I always go elsewhere because the service is so bad at Grafton Mcdonalds. Food cold n takes forever. Went this morning for the first time in 2 years n ended up in the waiting bay after I placed my order with 7 other cars waiting. The drive through wasn't even busy. Waited 15 minutes for a Triple Cheeseburger meal. Absolute joke of a place!!!

Worst ever... cant even use the bathrooms they are that ferel.

And the staff members not much better, greeted with a 'ya right?' I'm in line at the counter.
