McDonald's

My goodness. Slow,Dirty. Understaffed. Coffee bitter. Old beans and milk too hot. First order banana bread and pineapple coconut loaf burnt. Over charged. Sign on counter read " MUFFIN ND LOF ORDER EITH COFFEE $3 were charged 4 for both loaf orders. Focus is on drive thru. Dine in customers come second. Been to maccas Innisfail 3 times in the last three years. Nothings changed. Great Reno store looks great from outside. Pity not carried thru inside and for service. Gave 1 star because it was open. ??

Worst McDonalds iv ever been too!! Not fast food, had to wait over 15minutes for my Burger and chips and another 5 for my drink, which i had to ask for, the staff was poor and rude!! If they spent more time concentrating on there job rather than laughing with each other my food would of come half as fast! I should of asked for a refund like the woman in front of me who had waited 15minutes just for 2 drinks!

Wont ever be going to this McDonalds again!!

The kids love to come to Macca's cause they have big playground and they get cool toys in their meals. Now they have healthier options such as apple pieces instead of chips which is good and we normally go the healthier alternative too so when you are in a rush or running late for dinner it is an easy way out. It keeps whole family happy. :)
