McDonald's

Tried to order in McDonalds Kallangur and the menu board keeps turning over before ypu can decide. To make things worse the staff keep asking for your order.. I am not going back if this order board stays

TO THE DUTY MANAGER AND OWNER .. I visited today and was horrified with the state of your store. There was food on the floor and rubbish. EVERY table in the eating area that was not already occupied ..1 lady and 1 couple .. was dirty with food and drink .. the counter where your coffee service is had 4 dirty coffee cups and that counter was dirty. Main service counter was covered in sticky coke. Your staff are slow and really don't care about what they are doing. What I ordered was chucked in that box with no care. The bins were full and as we walked out there was rubbish in the kids playground and at the entrance. Very unhappy experience :-(

Will not be going here again 3 times it took them why i was parked in the waiting bay, 1st time forgot one hole meal, they went back in brought back a drink hash brown and a sausage muffin so i sent them back in because i ordered a mighty. then they came back with the mighty and not the hash brown by that time i noticed that they were back inside, so i had to park the car and walk in. Then i got home and noticed that the breakfast roll i got was not a delux like i ordered so i drove down there again took them about 5 mins going through the till to find my meal,they were not going to replace it, then they eventually found my meal. They really need to train there staff better so we get what we pay for. And this is not the first time they have forgot things in my order.

Been to this store many times.Disgusting.If you are lucky then you get what you order for. Several times either missing toppings like sauce/lettuce or been served cold food . Poor quality/customer service. No good.

Seems like nothing has changed. After apologizing to the cashier in the drive-thru for giving them all my coins, the smart staff replied 'I can count".

Pity staff couldn't get the order right!

Too far to drive back to fix it. Will go to another store next time.
