Worst thick shakes at this location, sickly sweet every time! Asked to replace, was told they are premixed in the machine and all the same! I have to drive to another mcdonalds which is out of the way to get a nice thick shake. Have not had such bad thick shakes at any other McDonald's restaurant.

This McDonalds used to be very appalling with its unorganised queues and police called out for unsocial behaviour during night times, but it has gone a little bit better now with less counters (so more organised queue) combined with numbering system (so no order mixed-ups) and state-of-the-art technology of DNA-tracking for easier detection by police should those in trouble try to flee.



Their staff appear to have improved as well (probably because they are less stressful due to these new systems in place).



It is also nice to see the introduction of parking tickets (which are free for the first 45 minutes) which takes away all the commuters and university students nearby from filling up the parking spot.
