McDonald's

Everytime I go to this place my food is always cold and half of the chips are missing I spend a lot of money here as I have a big family I am totally disappointed and not only that my family are still hungry after having a meal will never go back to this McDonald's . Some of the staff are rude as well

I just ordered the mcnugget meal and mcdouble burger 30 mins ago, disgusting!!! Everything was stone cold... called minto macdonalds 5 times and no answer, makes you wonder whether the night manager is just having a laugh.. will be calling head office, just not on

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to! Toilets beyond disgusting tables filthy, floors putrid and when I asked if we could get our table wiped someone eventually came and the table was worse after they wiped it. Staff walking past dirty tables and couldn’t care less absolutely disgraceful.

Go somewhere else. Because nearly ever time we went the order was wrong I started going elsewhere. Went tonight as very busy, drive through. Big Mistake! The food was cold when we got home and we live 2kms away, the fries were like polystyrene. Waste of money. And the staff are always rude, they have no idea how to communicate or what customeer service is. Someone from the regional office needs to go in there and sort the place out. Just don't go. Spend your mpney somewhere else.

I just ordered a large big mac meal and a cheeseburger, got home and realised my chips are stone cold AGAIN!! The burgers are below average and the restaurant is not up to scratch, Area managers need take note of these bad reviews and overlook at how the managers run this poorly managed restaurant, its a joke...
