McDonald's

We came to this store on Dec 07 2017 at approx. 14:57 pm as we where visting and wanted some milk shakes. That should of not been to hard but it was. The washrooms where a diaster the front of the store was filthy and the seating area was the worst i have ever seen for a McDonalds. The order was taken and they could not even get that right. We where going to stay inside but the filth was awful so we left. It took 10 minutes to make 2 milk shakes so we watched the staff deal with customers and themselves what a joke. They where rude to everyone even though a crew trainer and a manager where on duty they just ignored there staff. The milk shakes where the worse i have ever had just cool milk. We just left and i think McDonalds should close this store as i think this was the worse McDonlds we have ever been to in the world. This was a minus 100 not just a 1 star.

They do not give you a receipt. This is an issue when you get your meal in the drive through then walk in to get the missing items.
The manager refused to provide the sauce I had paid for and not received without a receipt!
Fair trading need to speak to the manager and remind them about their obligation to provide a tax invoice with EVERY SALE.

rude and obnoxious staff. They once took our card and didnt give it back for another 5 mins and we didnt know where it went.

I was short changed 20 cents on a soft serve which was then not made. terrible place

Stopped for breakfast and received raw bacon and an uncooked muffin. Looks they really know how to turn customers away. Try cooking the food. It does taste a bit better cooked. Lift your game!
