McDonald's

Not sure why people gave such a terrible reviews.. I've been here 3 times & I never usually eat McDonalds, but discovered the create yr own taste section & in loving it.. Staff are polite, great workers, store is clean, this is why I returned for the 3rd time, I live in Camden & can't go to Camden McDonalds, it's filthy, food is cold etc..so good job mt Annan staff, Im very happy to always return.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! on Xmas morning you have a filthy restaurant, staff flirting with customers giving away free burgers, staff threatening to spit on burgers, getting the order wrong despite pointing out mistakes and rude, rude inhospitable service! Should be shut down! If you don't like customers you are in the wrong job! And please bins on top of counter where food is prepped - perhaps some food safety training is in order. Even worse is the manager cleaning the floor then goes and handles chips - hand over chips not the box. GROSS. Can somebody please advise owner as this restaurant has serious issues! Merry Xmas!

I know it's just a McDonald's but this is definitely one of the worst stores in NSW. As my local store I've had the misfortune of going a few times. EVERY single time they have either made me wait, forgotten parts of my order, given me the wrong item or handed me over drinks or desserts that are covered in overflow that goes all through my car. It really can't be that hard of a job.

Without doubt, the worst McDonald's in Australia. The food is poor and the service is non existent. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to serve me when I was the only one at the counter and two staff were discussing a party they attended on the weekend. Will never go again.

The majority of times I get breakfast through drive through I end up parked waiting for food. Once they even forgot I was parked there. Save yourself the wait, hungry jacks is just around the corner, same food type less wait
