McDonald's

If the food is not made nice and the staff just don't care no one is going to like it.

This is the 3rd time we have frequented this restaurant and for the 3rd time it was dirty with an abundance of staff falling over themselves behind the counter but not actually doing anything the table was dirty the flies were landing on the toasti sandwiches..the floor was filthy the bins were full and overflowed on the floor ..i did not enter the toilets this time as i heard a lady complaining to a staff about the bins been overflowing ..they were the same the last time i used them we will by pass this place from now on ..it is a disgrace to the mcdonald name ...

Lost our money. Went in waiting to be served. 2 girls chatting in the McCafe, 4 people on drive through. No one n front counter. So we left. pretty bad service at this McDonalds. drive past!!

Part of the stretch pitstop on the road trip to Sydney road trip we regularly stop at this Macca's to grab a quick takeaway muffin mainly for the convenience of being able to eat on the go. Pretty quick service despite it being rather busy.

The night that we went to this restaurant, my husband and I had to wait for half and hour to receive our orders. They were also pushing orders through on their computer system before they were completed to make them look busy to head office. There were a number of problems that we encountered when we went into this restaurant and they were orders being put through their computer system before they had been processed, two staff members arguing over who was going to pour drinks for orders, a staff member going behind the counter and processing their own order and a staff member cleaning our the cake cabinet in the McCafe and spraying fly spray into the cabinet. We spoke to a person who seemed to be the management on duty and that they said they were short staffed. It really seemed that they didn't have a hand on the situation for all the problems that were occurring in the restaurant. We are reluctant to come here again.
