McDonald's

Ordered double quater pounder meal instead got double cheese burger meal. Tried to get refund or to pay more, but all they said was they don't have a register at last window. Then stared at me blankly seems all they care about nowadays is getting their drive through times down not fixing situations for customers.

Pushing customers into waiting bays to beat a timer for a competition is not a great way to treat your customers , very lazy staff except for a couple , I hope the people who own McDonald's come and see how this place is being run and remove the manager and the staff that the laziness of the manager has rubbed off on .

Always good service, fast and clean. A definite plus compared to other McDonald's restaurants. Tends to get quite busy during peak periods. Always have an enjoyable experience at this place.

During our travels we have called into many McDonalds restaurants but the two family restaurants at Port Macquarie are by far the best. Service is friendly and fast, food is always hot, toilets are spotless. Shouldn't seem that hard should it? So why is it that the Port Macquarie McDonalds leaves the others in their wake. Maybe its because they really believe in customer service even in a fast food outlet.
