McDonald's

Went to queanbeyan maccas on saturday night around 7.30pm and made 2 different orders both had 2 different family boxes, my order was supposed to have 2 big macs and 2 mcchickens but ended up with 2 big macs and 2 quarter pounders and other minor mistakes, I rang up to let them know and the lady said well I packed that order and I said are you calling me a liar? Than she hung up on me, so i called back a couple times and they unhooked the phone so i could not ring anymore! The worse experience in my life! I ate nothing that night cause I am legally blind and had to get somebody to drive me down to get dinner than just wasted my money and went to bed hungry!

It is a McDonalds and a McCafe. Many staff work here, and some them are really friendly while others are pretty rude. The drive thru service is reasonably efficient - most of the time they get orders correct I find, but occasionally they will forget part of the order. The food is much like you find at any other McDonalds. The interior is fairly good, however the tables could be cleaned more often. There is a playground which is popular with young kids.

When you check the order before you leave. Realise the chips are cold and soggy. Ask the lady behind the window why ask why your chips are terible. They say i dont know and shut this window

Cheese and bacon muffin is always appalling. The bacon is always half way out of the muffin and squished. I understand you have a lot on but c'mon it's not hard to put the bacon on properly.

Forgot sugar for the tea, and butter and maple syrup for the hotcakes. Check your order thoroughly if you do drive through at this Maccas.
