McDonald's

The staff really try their hardest for you even though they're so understaffed, which of course isn't their fault. They love making friends with their regulars and get to know their orders and personal needs. Not the best McDonald's out there. But not the worst. I feel sorry for the staff because of the shortages they have

Do not expect good service here. On at least 4 occasions both day and night I have seen McDonalds' staff members bring their big group of friends into the restaurant (ie 5-10 people) and gossip instead of serving customers. On one occasion the manager actually yelled to someone to 'get to work' instead of chatting with their friends. Avoid this place like the plague on a Friday and Saturday night. I have been here at night and it is filled with drunk people, many of whom are friends of the staff. I have seen staff sneak to the toilets to gossip with drunken partygoers. It's more like a teenage party house than a family restaurant. The staff also are not polite and are distracted constantly when serving you. I was once kept waiting while a serving staff member chatted with their friends queueing in front of me. Went to this place on Sunday 6th July 2008 and it was pathetic. Slowest service ever!! It two people to decide when they were going to make my me and my two friends coffee's or not!! Only one guy, was making an effort!!My egg and bacon roll was so cold the cheese hadn't even melted and that was suppose to be FRESHLY MADE. when I looked down at the drive-through, the girl was scratching her head and dancing around waiting for the orders to come through for the big line of people waiting in the drive through. I wouldn't EVER go back!!
