Worst coffee makers ever!! Brewster training needs to happen...
Manager yells at staff then presents all smiles to customers. Feel sorry for some of those youngsters!!

Worst design of entry to drive throughthat i have seen anywhere...maybe not their decision but blocks through traffic.

No website to direct my question so I will ask it here...Why do you not provide Free seniors coffee at drivethrough??? Hastings and Mornington both do it but don't know of other outlets' set on this.

Went through the drivethru at 8.40am. For reasons that I can't understand the staff had decided to send not two but THREE cars to a waiting bay designed for ONE car, hence I was blocked in along with another gentleman.

Not good enough. Especially when I see the staff come and bring one of the cars nothing but a coffee. Waste of time.



I decided to make this review as this isn't the first time this has happened. The staff seems to think two cars in a one car waiting bay is a acceptable even though it results in a needless time waste.

Food ticked the boxes but unfortunately the service was dismal. I felt rude for interrupting a social chat between a management staff, the one person on counter and the one person on drive thru. Not one smile, please, thank you or apology when I pointed out that maybe serving me correctly should be a priority. No straws were given and as I walked around the restaurant looking for them with a tray of food and a toddler to juggle, not one care was given. So I once again had to interrupt the get together to be able to ask for straws. I am absolutely revolted in the service.

I used to go regularly to another Maccas on the Peninsula but now I have discovered this Maccas and another one. The service here is so much better and I think it is a credit to the Management that the younger staff offer more accurate service and a friendly attitude toward the customers. Only once has my order been wrong and it wasw replaced cheerfully. This is also a very clean restaurant and it is amongst lots of other great shops at the Somerville Centro.
