McDonald's

Attended this restaurant 28th May for a Cappuchino and Sausage & Egg muffin, was disappointed
with the "Capp" as it was barely hot didn't have a "head" or chocolate sprinkled ,was just a flat white.
I returned it to which the barrista added chocolate. The muffin by this time was going cold and hard
as it looked like it had been in the warmer for a long time.Staff were very polite though. .Not happy...

Young fellow named Alissa ( I think that’s how you spell it) was a great help with us today , very kind and knows his job full star rating from me ????????????

This is a pleasant McDonalds and the staff are all excellent, however, my family and I have been witness numerous times to two senior staff,named Rick and Kaylee, yelling and belittling their staff. We have been mortified and my husband did make a complaint but nothing was done. I suggest McDonalds look closely at who is managing their Restaurants and get rid of people like these two who would never hold down a job in the corporate world outside McDonalds due to workplace bullying and harassment.

The crew in the Drive-Through are always polite and courtious and willing to adjust orders after ordering at the speaker box which is so impolite to customers.

Generally pleasant and clean, this McDonalds has a kid's room for parties, an outdoor playground (nice bonus for frazzled parents) and a McCafe as well. There's not that much seating but I've always got a seat.



For those in a hurry, there is a drive-through, although wait times can be quite long during peak hours.
