I only wanted 2 has browns and ended up waiting longer because the boys behind the desk decided wrestling eachother was more important than doing their job. While I understand that working a customer service job is not ideal and whilst I understand wanting to muck around with your mates when your young you should still take your job seriously and look after customers. Was almosy about to ask for a refund but

Terrible layout. The upstairs room is much larger than the one downstairs. However, they close it around 5 or 6 pm (which also means no toilet access) and they won't give you any notice. If you are upstairs, you will be kicked out without ceremony. Maccas is improving overall but customer service could really be improved in Prahran.
