I am disgusted by the service and products provided. I came through late night drive through after I finished work. I waited no less than 10 minutes for someone at the speaker box to take my order. I then had to repeat my order three times. I was told I had to park (because there were so many customers at 1am (righto), and I guess their wait times are more important than making their customers feel valued). When I finally got home with my order (4 minute drive), my fries were cold, and I ordered my quarter pounder with no pickles or onions. Not only did it come with onions, but they put tomato on it... Seriously?!?!.(I'm highly allergic to raw tomato). I have tried calling 7 times to this store with my feedback but no response. Horrible horrible customer service and results. Seriously need more training. Will be telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY from this outlet. The management would be appalled. And so should the staff on tonight.

I have never picked up my meal with fast service from the window of the drive thru!!

I am asked on every visit to park my car and wait!

This needs to change if I and my circle of friends are to return.

Didn't recieve the correct order - ordered a Large Chicken BLT meal and received a mc chicken meal.

Same disappointing service and meal issues for 2 years - am totally over it.

Ive finally Complained and was told to take it back - ??? NEVER shopping with them again !!!

Well, 2 quarter pounders with extra sauce and mustard and no pickles and a McAngus, turned into 2 standard quarter pounders and a cold McAngus. Normal for this store I'm afraid, I am not impressed.
