McDonald's

Absolutely disgusting and dissapointed. Ordered $75 worth of food for my family and the chips arent fresh, it's soggy and cold! The burgers werent even hot or warm it was cold!! Been trying to call for 30 mins no-one answered! The fused tea was not even tea, it was watered down tea. This was on a Sunday night and it was not busy at all they could've taken their time to make ours fresh at least! The burgers was just slapped on and the meat wasn't even in the centre it was just hanging off. Not going back there again. Gonna stick to hungry jacks from now on!

It's now common knowledge for local families that this franchise will get drivethru orders wrong and short change customers. Even when I kept my receipt and questioned why I was overcharged the reply from the clueless staff was that I was wrong and that is the way it gets printed on the receipt. Not a frequent maccas visitor but when I want to treat the kids I drive an extra 10 mins to other branch.

I got short changed $10 and it took a week of phone calls and visits to finally get my money back. I've been a customer of this McDonald's since the place was built and over the years I've had items missing in my orders including burgers, hash browns, chips, no sauce or incorrect sauce etc. I didn't bother complaining about the times i had missing items but when it came to being short changed by $10 it was just a bit to much to just let go. When i contacted the management about being short changed they treated me like an Inconvenience and assumed i was lying. Even when they finally realised i was telling the truth i basically had the money thrown at me without any apology. It was like they couldn't care less about what had happened.

I can't recall our orders getting screwed up when we go through the drive-through of this particular McDonald's, which is definitely note-worthy, considering the amount of times it has happened at other stores/fast-food chains.
Also, there is one particularly good attendant on drive-through, who -- if he's being serious -- would have to take the cake for best customer service. He seems really friendly and upbeat, with a big smile, and it always brightens mine and my girlfriend's night whenever we get him.

Best McDonalds ever. Being able to pay EFT by drive thru is the best.
