McDonald's

My husband and I took our 2 grand children aged 4 & 2 to Thornleigh McDonalds at 3pm today.
We order 2 happy meals and the wait was 10 minutues. Once received the meals were cold. I then went & ordered 2 frozen drinks and the wait was 12 minutes. I can't beleive that I needed to wait for 12 minutes for an order that is already made by a machine. When I mentioned this to the employee who came me the order she didn't give a hoot.
What made the whole experience worse was I took my 2 grand children to the parents toilet and it was digusting. The bowel was dirty, the floor wet and what is it with the air drying taps. It scared the girls so much they started crying. This is the worst McDonalds I ahev every been too and most definitely will not be returning again.

Quite literally the worst Maccas in the country. Rude staff, the slowest service imaginable and filthy premises. I have made a number of complaints about this restaurant over the years and yet it just seems to get worse. Tonight I waited 15mins just to order then was asked to wait for my food. Had to ask where one of the drinks were and then got home to discover that the two burgers I paid for bacon on did not have bacon. Seriously, if I'm going to consume that many calories, I want it to be good.

This is the flagship Maccas, as it is open right across the road from the McDonald's head office. There is a McCafe, lots of seating, a playground and it is modern and nicely decorated. A destination for many holiday-goers just before they hit the F3, so this place is usually packs mornings and lunchtime during public holidays.

A good place to take your children's sports team for whatever the occasion. Situated out of the main Hornsby area so there's plenty of room.

McDonalds thornleigh has a great family atmosphere about it. Same traditional McDonalds but with excellent service and great food. Most things are prepared fresh and theres a large playground for the kids.
