McDonald's

Can they do the number calling for the order? Because Mcdolnald toowong does not; and one time they gave me the wrong order. I ordered MacChicken and they gave me something else. I think she messed up the name. I understand that it can be a bit mess up sometime.

I have been going to this store since I was little and use to enjoy it. However recently one staff member ALWAYS underportions soft serves (ie soft serves are only 1.5cm above the edge of the cone - only one full swirl, same with sundaes. I was really annoyed when another person and I bought a sundae and I was underportioned while the other person's (served by someone else) had so much soft serve it touched the lid (3.5-4cm higher). Soft serves use to be my favourite part of McDonalds, but now I will be buying them elsewhere. I may change my review if things improve.

The service at this restaurant is the same as you'd expect from any McDonaolds, and the meals are also fairly standard.
