McDonald's

This morning I called in for breakfast and a coffee, I left during my coffee as the male supervisor constantly yelled orders to his staff, he made his hard working team look incompetant which they weren't.
When the supervisor spoke to a customer he continued to walk away whilst speaking to a customer, poor interaction.
In my experience in Customer Service staff should be allowed to work unimpeded, not prompted every 10+ seconds, a thsnk you for a task completed does not go astray.
I suggest the supervisor attend a staff supervisor / customer service course.

As a local I eat here and use the drive through often and the food is generally satisfactory but the customer service is appalling.On numerous occasions I have been served by staff with no manners and a attitude.I write this review today because of a particular staff member who upon giving me my food also decided to give me a rude sarcastic remark.

I'd first like to take this opportunity to commend you on how well kept and inviting I find your restaurant, I've never been to a McDonald's that has such a high level of hygiene especially the bathrooms.
