McDonald's

Absolutely terrible. Chips were soggy and cold. Burgers were a disgrace. Both burgers looked like they had been dropped and put back in box. I didn't think it was that hard to put burgers together but apparently it is. Sundae machine also not working. Will never go back here again.

Worst Macdonalds around. I am just absolutely amazed at how every time I go there something gets messed up. Whether something is forgotten, order taken wrong, wrong sauce, no toy in happy meals and the list goes on and on. I have been in the store with a manager yelling from the order area to the mccafe area at an employee. I've had my order mixed with somebody else's where it took them 20 minutes to sort it out. I've been served a burnt squashed toasted sandwich and gone back to the counter and asked "Is that something you would eat?" before it was remade. The attitude is horrible. And it probably not the fault of the teens working behind the counter but the obviously hopeless management and training that goes on. I just hope those employees

Either shut this place down or get a new manager. There is literary not one visit where they fill orders correctly or get spoken to like rubbish. Kids running kids running a family restaurant. Who trains the trainer? Seriously. The owner will have deep pockets with the packet they make and I'm sure that wouldn't put up with the rubbish that everyone else receives when they dine out at whatever fancy restaurant they dine at. They wouldn't dare eat at their own restaurant because they know full well the rubbish that everyone has to deal with everyday at their own restaurant.

There are 900 McDonalds stores throughout Australia and this is the worst! Every time we go they are always out of something. Seriously......who is the tool that orders everything? They need a great deal of training. They hire the worst staff that are rude and have no common sense. This store is absolutely appalling and I pray the day someone buys it and starts off fresh.

I am appalled and so frustrated tonight. First went though drive through this afternoon about 540pm got the worst cold and horrible chips (which has been happening a lot lately at least every second time you go there) returned later about 745 to get replacement chips and order another meal. They got the meal WRONG and AGAIN the chips were just as bad as the first ones and had no apologies from management. Not impressed and won't be returning nor will any of our family. NOT GOOD ENOUGH MCDONALDS
