McDonald's

I'm not at all happy with Warilla McDonald's -their Managers need to get better customer service skills - I bought a wrap for my 13 yr old daughter & when she was half way through it she noticed some black looking marks when I took a look it was Mould. I took it back & showed the Manager there & at first he said it was from toasting it when I asked so you toast these wraps he stated no then replied we steam them & it was marks from that - I stated I know what mould looks like & I do work in the food industry & I'm not that stupid - he then replied would you like me to make another one & I replied no & was not offered anything else not even an apology.This is not the first time this has happened I have heard & seen other people from previous times say the same thing (over a period of 15 yrs) & couldn't believe that was true. So I am letting everyone know now to watch out cause it is food poisoning & they just don't care.

As far as Mcdonalds restaurants go, i would rate Warilla as moderate. the restaurant is always clean and also offers a Mc Cafe, but the service is often not up to standard.the location is convenient and also long opening hours.
