I called in for a coffee at 5.20 this morning and was loking forward to a brew as their coffee is mostly good, service was great, plenty of smiles, but when i got to work and had a mouth full i nearly chocked, it was the worst coffee i have ever had, BURNT, it was that bad i could not drink, i have a free coffee but i will not be going back to WP again
Worst mcdonalds I have ever come across in my life drive thru takes forever and most orders I get are wrong if it's not the nuggets being inedible then they have given you a completely different burger oh and if you plan on getting a burger with bacon and cheese don't count on it you'll just be paying extra for something you won't receive
So much for customer service. And they mixed up a bacon and egg muffin, with some other concoction they call a burger.
After speaking to the store manager, and did not once apologise, but defended the poor effort, i am even more angry.
Further to this, the staff member serving me was busy swearing at the coffee machine, and gave me an almost half full cappuccino. Ps i paid for a whole one.
The store manager was not sincere whatsoever.
In the meantime, a friend of mine waited 25 minutes in store for a breakfast item, and ended up asking for a refund, for which no apology was offered also. Get some manners, learn customer service and get your orders right mcdonalds, then you might be on the right track!!!
WORST MACCA'S EVER!! DRIVE THRU TAKES WAY TOO LONG,HAVE TO WAIT IN BAY FOR FOOD!!! BURGERS ARE JUST SLOPPED IN CONTAINERS,DRINKS ARE NEVER FULL :( CHIPS NEVER HAVE SALT ON THEM :( AND TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT A STUFF UP IS RIDICULOUS,I NEVER GO TO THIS MACCA'S ANYMORE!! SO DISORGANISED AND NEED TO TRAIN STAFF BETTER!!!!!
